Case study: The Copperleaf Launch

Construction plans with yellow helmet and drawing tools on bluep

During lockdown, construction company Copperleaf Group approached us about the domestic side of their business. They wanted to create and launch an 8-part guide to building your dream home for those individuals looking to create bespoke designs for living to suit their lifestyles.

Alongside the guides, they were looking to increase their presence on Facebook and grow their mailing list for future projects in this area of their business.

Initial design concepts were created, and the guides started to take shape. Eight guides and a bonus guide, along with checklists and other useful items to use when planning to build your dream home.

A launch date was set, and a zoom presentation prepared. Over 35 people attended the launch event and the guides were well received. These are now available as digital copies and if you would like to sign up for your free copies then register below.

To help establish their Facebook page and increase engagement we ran a like campaign over several weeks. This led to an increase in their likes by over 2000%. At the same time increasing their engagement by over 5000% during the same period.

Going forward, we continue to work with Copperleaf using Facebook adverts to attract potential clients, adjusting and monitoring adverts and landing pages to ensure that the best results are achieved for their budget.

Once registered for the guides, potential clients are entered into an automated funnel distributing one guide a week over a nine-week period. The data from this will be used to develop the guides going forward.

The guides also have a secondary purpose, to build solid relationships with other businesses in the property sector. The guides act as a conduit to ensure the whole team knows its roles and can complement each other. This applies to architects, surveyors, land agents and many others within the property sector. There will also be opportunity to freely contribute to the guides in the future as we develop this as a platform for custom build.
